The Dementia Friendly Monroe County Coalition is a group of healthcare professionals, community members, and advocates for senior health and wellness who support Wisconsin's statewide efforts to improve the lives of those living in our communities who suffer from dementia related illnesses.

To join the Dementia-Friendly Monroe County Coalition, contact us or come to a meeting! Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of the month from 1:30pm - 3:00pm in the Monroe County Board Assembly Room at the Monroe County Courthouse in Sparta.

To continue all our great efforts, we always welcome donations so we can continue offering programs, resources & assistance to any one in need as families work through this stressful phase in their lives.

Dementia Friendly - places where individuals living with dementia are able to live good lives, have the ability to live as independently as possible, continue to be part of their communities, are met with understanding, and are given support where necessary.
